• Counties Aligning Health & Safety Technical Assistance Application

  • Please complete and submit this application by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. A CSG Justice Center staff member will follow up with applicants by Monday, August 31, 2026.

    Counties that have engaged leadership but do not have a signed letter of support by July 31 can contact the CSG Justice Center to request an extension for that component of the application. If you have any questions or want to request an extension, please reach out to Alison Martin at amartin@csg.org. If applying as a region (a set of multiple counties that share resources), please answer the questions for your region.

    Note: If your county is unable to fully complete the application by July 31, please submit what you have and contact Alison Martin to indicate your interest. We encourage you to apply regardless of where you are in the application process.
