ELA 2025 Application

The 2025 Eastern Leadership Academy will take place August 24-28, 2025.

A completed Robert J. Thompson ELA Fellow application must include ALL of the following components in order to be considered:
1. Cover Letter: Describing the reasons for your interest in applying for the Robert J. Thompson Academy
2. Current Resume
3. Short Bio (no longer than 200 words)
4. Headshot Photograph
5. Letter of Recommendation from a Legislative Leader or CSG/ERC executive committee member. It should explain the applicant’s qualifications for being awarded the opportunity to participate in ELA based on the following criteria: Leadership potential, including problem solving and consensus building skills; Dedication to public service; and commitment to improving institutions of state government
